Ambassador

A wise and skilful dignitary may eventually rise to the rank of ambassador and become an official envoy of Wesnoth. Typically stationed in far-off nations, these diplomats excel at negotiation and leadership, and have the authority to broker treaties on behalf of the throne. While they are neither armed nor authorized for combat, they often know something of the healing arts.
