Half Wolf Cub

In the most isolated regions it can happen that domestic dogs crossbreed with wild wolves; the result of these crosses, called Half Wolf, are much appreciated because they are much more easily tamed than wolves, of which, however, they retain many characteristics of strength and courage.
These animals are used above all by shepherds, for the defense and control of livestock, and are specially trained for these purposes, but the absolute loyalty and determination with which these Half-Wolfs defend their master means that many people prefer to travel in the company of one of these animals rather than with another human being.
