The orcs care little about the relationships that their human slaves maintain among themselves, so security within human villages, at least as regards threats coming from humans against other humans, is entrusted to subjects who are more robust than others, usually armed with solid clubs.
The more inexperienced are called Patrollers, while the more experienced are called Vigilantes.
