The 'Incarnate' class of the mysterious Dragoons is noteworthy for their fairly-human appearance. Rather, the unnatural deviations from the baseline human stock becomes apparant by the demonstrated abilities. These individuals have developed the ability to manipulate streams of energy as if an extension of the body. And this serves as a particularly effective and accurate weapon, but it's manifestation leaves the user exhausted.

For all but the most informed, this appears to be nothing else but magic. But with the depths to which society has fallen with the Infection, the true answer has been lost. For those who have observed this tremendous power on the battlefield, a sufficient explanation is a rebirth in the Ancient Dragon of myth, given power to spirit.
