Populists have cheap infantry and fast expansion with immigrants. Benefits from faster draft and pre-draft in towns.
Their vehicles, naval, and air units are expensive and weak. Their missile production is very slow.
They can recruit Immigrants, Scouts, Guerrillas, and Surgeons.
They have a Minor, Major, and Super power.
Minor (25 LP) - Expansion - Bases you control in a radius of 10 from target base recruit a free militia that can move and attack this turn.
Major (50 LP) - War Effort - All bases you control recruit a free militia that can move and attack this turn.
Super (100 LP) - Aggressive Population - Upgrades all immigrants you own to militia.
