Technologists have fast missile construction, cheap research, and experienced units, but all but their infantry are expensive. They can build SDI Platforms (w/ Research), Anti-Tank Missiles, and Sattelite Guided Bombs (w/ Research).
They have a Minor, Major, and Super power
Minor (25 LP) - Upgrade - Instantly advances target unit.
Major (50 LP) - EMP - Disables all vehicles and bases in a radius of 3 for 3 turns.
Super (100 LP) - Genetic Modification - Advances all infantry in a radius of 3 into Super Soldiers.
