Genin
The other path of the shinobi is the politic one. Using his ruse and guile, the young ninja steadily climbs the social ladder, becoming a Genin, or Lower man. His mission is to lead smaller, less experienced ninja forces. He is the link between the young ninja recruits and the upper spheres of the army. Having to be able to stand his own on the battle field, the Genin has opted to work on his mastery of weapons.
Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level.
